A step by step guide for how to order. Don't worry, it's really easy!

*STEP 1: Browse the products and make your selection :)

*STEP 2: Measure yourself around the specific points asked for in the fill out boxes using the sketch shown next to each product.

*STEP 3: Double check the measurements are correct and add to cart. (Remember: Once you enter your measurements, you will not have the right to cancel it and receive a refund or exchange so be sure to get it right!) Get in contact if you need any help (my-little-halo(at)hotmail.co.uk)

*STEP 5: Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly

PLEASE NOTE: Rough sizing charts are provided for customer reference, however it is down to your discretion to ensure that the measurements you enter are correct. The garment will still be considered a custom made item and you wont have the right to cancel your order even if it does not fit. This is due to the cost of time and materials put into making each item.

Payment Methods

All major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments are accepted.

Postage Costs and Delivery Times

Delivery charge will be calculated when you select shipping country. You wont have to pay anything until you reach the PayPal page where you can select to pay by PayPal or credit/debit card and click to pay. Postage is based on weight and number of items and starts at £2.00 for UK orders. International orders will vary but will never be significantly more than the postage actually costs me, in fact more often than not I end up paying a bit extra to send international orders as I underestimate how much it'll be..

Usually ships within 2-5 days however as most items are made to order, can take up to 2 weeks at extremely busy times. Wherever possible items are sent next day. Sent by first class Royal Mail, taking 1-3 days for UK orders and for overseas, on average 7-10 days, but occasionally can take 14-21 days, particularly to the United States.
